It’s “5 pounds of magic,” as one Instagram commenter called it. Costco Pumpkin Cheesecake is made with a golden graham cracker crust, a rich cheesecake body and a holiday spiced cream top layer. The supermarket chain has been selling the giant pumpkin cheesecake during the holidays for the past few years.
